Privacy policy
This explains what we collect, what we do with it, who receives it, and how to stop it.

The short version
- If you give us your email address, we use it to fill in the giveaway entry forms you open and to email you about giveaways.
- When you open a giveaway, the details you have given us are passed to that giveaway's sponsor so its form is filled in.
- You can stop our emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete what we hold.
What we collect
Details you give us
Your email address. If you choose to add them: your first and last name, street address, city, ZIP code, phone number, date of birth, gender, age range, and the kinds of prizes you are interested in. We work out your state from your ZIP code. None of these is required to use the site or to open a giveaway.
Details collected automatically
- Which page you arrived on, and the advertising details in that link, such as which newsletter and which ad.
- Which giveaways you open, and when.
- Your browser and device type, and your IP address. In our visit records we keep a scrambled version of the IP address rather than the address itself.
- When you give consent, we record your IP address, browser, the page you were on, the time, and the exact wording you agreed to, so there is a record of it.
Cookies and storage on your device
We store a small amount of information in your browser so the site works across pages and visits:
- Your visit, including which giveaways you have opened. Kept for 30 days.
- Your details, so entry forms can be filled in without asking again. Kept for 30 days.
These are set by this site only. We do not use them to follow you around other websites. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
How we use it
- To fill in the entry forms of giveaways you choose to open.
- To show you giveaways available in your state and on your device.
- To email you about giveaways, if you gave us your email address.
- To send you text messages or browser notifications, only if you separately agreed to each.
- To measure which pages and giveaways are used, and to be paid for the entries we refer.
- To prevent abuse of the site.
Who receives your information
Giveaway sponsors and their marketing partners
When you choose Enter, we send you to the giveaway through a tracking link. The details you have given us travel with that link so the sponsor's entry form is filled in. This happens only for giveaways you choose to open. Once you submit a sponsor's form, that sponsor's own privacy policy applies to what you gave them, and they may contact you.
Companies that work for us
We use service providers to host the site and store our records, to route and count clicks, and to send notifications. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it
We will disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of others.
We do not sell lists of email addresses to unrelated third parties.
Your choices
- Stop our emails: use the unsubscribe page or the link in any email.
- Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Stop notifications: turn them off for this site in your browser settings.
- See, correct or delete what we hold: write to [email protected] from the address in question.
- Opt out of sharing: write to the same address. You can still read the site and open giveaways; forms will not be filled in for you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to know what we have collected and the right not to be treated differently for using these choices. We honor these requests from anyone, wherever they live.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purposes above. Records of consent, and of requests to unsubscribe, are kept for as long as the law requires so that we can prove we honored them.
Children
This site is for adults. Giveaways listed here are open only to people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection, and access to our records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
